Our biochar blends are inoculated for a minimum of three weeks prior to packaging.
How to use: Turn in or till Inoculated Biochar Worm Casting Blend into your new or existing garden or border at least eight inches in depth; 12 inches for optimal effect. For example: 20 gallons amends one cubic yard to an 8 inch depth. You can use the cubic yard calculator on our topsoil page to get a volume measurement estimate. The amount of Inoculated Biochar Worm Casting Blend needed to amend your soil will be equal to 10% of the total soil volume.
